We host micro weddings, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, graduations, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, celebrations of life, private proposals, elopements and more!
Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks. If serving alcohol, you must use our bartending service which also includes a lemonade and water station with cups & ice.
We do have some restrictions on decor to ensure the safety of our guests and the integrity of our venue. Please refer to our contract for more information.

Yes, you may serve alcohol. Beer and wine/seltzers only in aluminum cans. You may also serve up to 2 signature mixed drink with liquor. No shots or rocks pours. Bartending service for 2 hrs. is $275, 3 hrs is $375 and 4 hrs. is $475 and includes a lemonade and water station with cups and ice.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own vendors, they must be able to provide a Certificate of Insurance that lists Brick & Beam as an additional insured. This protects the venue as well as the hosts in the event that a vendor causes damage to the facility.
We can accept cash, check, ACH transfer or Venmo. We do offer payment plans, please inquire at your tour. For weddings a retainer of 50% of your total is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 day prior to your event. We can break this down into multiple payments if there is adequate time.
For all other events 50% is due as a retainer at the time of booking and you must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. If booking closer than 30 days from event, full payment is due at booking.
All set up and clean up will need to be done within rented hours. We will unlock the door at your start time and you must be ready to walk out at your end time. Extra hours may be available to add on.
Yes, we have a large off street lot with over 100 spaces.
We prefer to use flameless candles but you are welcome to use real candles if they are in containers that are taller than the flame.
